Signal mechanism

1. Trend identification

The main plot offers visual cues for trend direction. An uptrend starts when the main plot shifts from pink to blue. Conversely, a downtrend initiates when the main plot transitions from blue to pink.

2. 2-level Support/Resistance zone

A support/resistance zone is established when the main plot flattens and concludes when a candle closes outside the zone. Each support/resistance zone comprises two layers: Basic and Extreme. The price typically approaches the Basic zone first, followed by the Extreme zone.

The Extreme zone represents a stronger level of resistance or support and is more challenging to breach than the Basic zone. If the price breaks through the Extreme zone, the support/resistance zone is no longer considered valid.

3. Pullback signals

Pullback signals are generated based on the principle of “Follow the Trend”. When the price retraces to the support/resistance zone, the system analyzes the volume of candles within that zone and identifies the candle with significant volume to generate an entry signal.

The system generates momentum signals that indicate changes in price momentum based on volume spikes.
