The procedure for the standard installation of a copyist on 2 terminals Master and Client

By default, you can install the copier without changing the parameters and copying of positions will begin immediately

Install 2 terminals on your computer.

COPYLOT MASTER (First Terminal)

• Launch the first terminal with an account, from where you will copy positions and orders! with master copyist. This can be a demo account, an Invest account, or a real account on which another adviser is installed.
• On the terminal where the signals will come from and where the positions will be copied from, install our Copylot Master COPYLOT Master for MT4 or COPYLOT Master for MT5 or download COPYLOT from our website!
• Go to the Market tab of your terminal, type Copylot Master in the search, select our expert, click the Install button:

• After successful installation of the wizard, you will see on the chart (Attention: On the MASTER terminal, it is NOT MANDATORY to enable Auto trading, the Advisor will work with any settings ):

COPYLOT CLIENT (Second Terminal)

• Launch the second terminal, where you will copy positions and orders. Client copyist.
• On the terminal where you want to copy positions and signals, install our copylot copyist Client COPYLOT Client MT4 or COPYLOT Client MT5
• Go to the Market tab of your terminal, Be sure to log in with your username in the community to see your purchases, Purchase Section, Click the Refresh button, enter Copylot Client in the search bar, Select our expert and click install:

• Transfer or Double-click on our COPYLOT CLIENT Expert Advisor

• Be sure to enable the adviser to trade and enable the Auto trading button

• Set up the copier and enable the functions that you need (Note: By default, the adviser copies all positions from the master to the client 1 in 1)

• We launch the client terminal and open the charts in the amount of our master accounts
• set COPYLOT CLIENT on each of the 3 (wizards) charts and specify your data files in the pathRead field such as our copylot1 copylo2 copylot3 wizards and so on
• IMPORTANT : Each chart must have its own data file, which was created earlier on the master terminals

How to copy from 1 terminal and 2 different expert advisors to the second terminal with different parameters

…If you need to copy 2 different expert advisors from one account to your other account with different parameters, then you need to apply the settings of labels and magic numbers.

For example :

Advisor 1 opens positions with magic number 111 and trades in profit, we need to copy its positions to the second account without changing the settings (copying as is, by default)

Advisor 2 opens positions with magic number 222 and trades at a loss, we need to copy its positions to the second account but with a reversal of positions (BUY = SELL SELL = BUY)

• We open 2 additional graphics (where our copiers will be installed)
• We install our program MASTER COPYLOT on the first chart with the parameters: pathWrite = EA1 and MagicToCopy = 111

How to copy from Master1 to Client1, and then from Client1 to Client2

The result will be that we will copy from the Master 1 terminal to the Client 1 terminal and from the Client 1 terminal to the Client 2 terminal

How to copy different characters with different settings

…If you need to copy each currency pair (symbol) with different settings, for example, with different settings for lots, stop loss, take profit and so on, then you need to do the following:

At the MASTER terminal, from where you will copy all transactions and positions, open several charts (depending on the number of currency pairs being copied)

• On the first chart, set COPYLOT MASTER and set the parameter pathWrite = Copy1 and SymbolToCopy = EURUSD (for example, you specify the exact name of the desired currency pair)

• In the second chart, set COPYLOT MASTER and set the parameter pathWrite = Copy2 and SymbolToCopy = USDCHF (for example, you specify the exact name of the desired currency pair)

At the CLIENT terminal, where you will copy all transactions and positions, open several charts (depending on the number of currency pairs being copied)

• On the first chart, set COPYLOT CLIENT and set the parameter pathRead = Copy1 and Configure other necessary settings for this currency pair (EURUSD)

• In the second chart, set COPYLOT MASTER and set the parameter pathRead = Copy2 and Configure other necessary settings for this currency pair (USDCHF)

The result of this setting will be that each currency pair will be copied with its settings:

IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE USE !!!

• Do not use the Copier if you are not sure of its need and the correct understanding of the algorithm.
• Install the copier only on a clean schedule, without applying additional indicators, scripts to it … Use a separate chart with the EURUSD currency pair
• Do not install 2 pairs of copiers using 1 data file. If you want to use 2 pairs of copiers Master Client use different data files (pathWrite-PathRead)
• Do not transfer the copier to third parties in order to avoid copying errors on the account of the buyer.
• Do not use a copier with scalping strategies and on a server where delays and requotes are frequent
• Carefully study your other advisers and indicators! The copyist uses global variables for his transactions. If another expert removes the global variables of the terminal, the copyist will not work correctly.
• The copier uses the chart where it is installed, so do not overlay other indicators and scripts on the chart where the Copier is installed
• Before installing the new version – wait until all transactions are closed on the wizard and the client!

• Partial closure is not supported! Orders can be closed only with the same lots as they were opened! If your master uses different lots to close, then the copyist may make mistakes!
• Netting account does not support overlapping transactions (INOUT)
